Horses have survived for tens of thousands of years by learning how to band together and outsmart predators. They have a no-nonsense leadership style that is highly effective and yet preserves the social fabric of the herd.
Leadership within the herd is comprised of self awareness, confidence, intuition and empathy. They are masters at setting firm boundaries, but are always fair. As excellent communicators, horses never judge or hold a grudge. Equine-assisted coaching has proven to help managers become more effective and learn how to support others through individual empowerment.
